Jeremy represents individuals in all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law, including divorce, property distribution, child custody, spousal support, child support, and matrimonial agreements (pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements).
Jeremy prides himself on being a passionate and zealous advocate who is not afraid to fight the tough legal battles and is always available to serve his clients’ needs. His primary focus is to understand your goals and to work closely with you to achieve those goals. In addition to his superb legal research and writing skills, Jeremy is terrific under pressure and a true calming force in fiercely contested divorce and custody disputes. In addition to his formidable litigation skills, Jeremy understands that reaching a settlement is often his client’s primary goal. He is an excellent negotiator who works tirelessly toward reaching favorable settlements for his clients and is adept at devising creative solutions to difficult settlement obstacles. Jeremy is also an extremely compassionate person who appreciates that his clients are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives and often need encouragement, patience and moral support in addition to legal advice.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy was an associate at Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese and Gluck, P.C., where he practiced matrimonial and commercial litigation. Prior to that, he was an associate at Rubinstein & Rubenstein LLP, a boutique trust and estate and asset protection firm. A member of the New York State Bar Association, Jeremy received his law degree in 2002 from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a Notes and Articles Editor on the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree in 1997 from Binghamton University, graduating summa cum laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
